1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 90piso ("90piso," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 90piso online gaming platform accessible at https://90piso.club and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 Account Registration

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 90piso account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction. All funds deposited must be owned by and sourced from the registered account holder; deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method used for the original deposit or as otherwise permitted by 90piso. 8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90piso, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 90piso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

90piso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 90piso's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 90piso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming
